Candy refills packed right in the bag means the kids can start handing these out the minute the package arrives. The teddy bear on the stem is a cute touch, though the plastic feels a bit lighter than the older dispensers I remember.

The stem is shaped like a dinosaur, which my kid thinks is fun, but the candy refills are just two tiny pieces, so it feels a bit skimpy for the price. It works fine as a dispenser, though I wish the pack had more to it.
