The Cheer Bear dispenser is cute and the polybag packaging kept it in good shape, but I was a little underwhelmed by how small it feels in hand. Candy refills are included, which is handy, though two packs don't last long if you actually eat them. It's fine for a quick novelty gift, just not somethi
