Compare the Grogu Gift Tin and Mandalorian PEZ Clips on dispensers, candy refills, and portability so you pick the right Star Wars PEZ gift set.
Quick answer
Choose the Grogu Gift Tin for a collectible set of four dispensers with refills, and choose the Mandalorian PEZ Clips for two clip-on mini dispensers built for backpacks and bags. If you want a display piece, buy the tin; if you want take-along candy, buy the clips.
What each set actually contains
The Grogu Gift Tin includes four Mandalorian dispensers (The Mandalorian, Grogu, Fennec Shand, and Boba Fett) plus one six-pack of PEZ Candy Refills. The Mandalorian PEZ Clips pack includes two mini dispensers with clips (Mandalorian and The Child) plus two three-packs of Assorted PEZ Candy Refills. That difference in dispenser count and refill format drives most of the decision: the tin is a four-character collection, while the clips are a two-character travel pair.
Portability and display trade-offs
The clips are designed to attach to backpacks or bags, so they work as everyday carry rather than shelf display. The tin is a collectible gift tin, which makes it better for presentation and storage but not for clipping onto a bag. Neither product listing supplies dispenser dimensions or tin dimensions, so if size is critical, treat that as a limitation and choose based on format rather than exact measurements.
Candy quantity and refill compatibility
Both sets include PEZ Candy Refills, but the formats differ: the tin has one six-pack, and the clips pack has two three-packs. PEZ Candy is made in the U.S.A. and is peanut, tree nut, and gluten-free, which matters if you are giving the set to a child with those dietary considerations. The listings do not state a total candy count beyond the pack counts, so do not assume a specific number of individual candies.
Decision rules for choosing between the two
- If the gift is for display or collecting: Choose the Grogu Gift Tin because it includes four named Mandalorian characters and a collectible tin format.
- If the gift is for school bags or travel: Choose the Mandalorian PEZ Clips because both mini dispensers have clips and the pack is built for backpacks or bags.
- If you need the broadest character set: Choose the Grogu Gift Tin: it covers The Mandalorian, Grogu, Fennec Shand, and Boba Fett, while the clips pack covers only The Mandalorian and The Child.
- If you are buying for a young child: Both products are listed for ages 3 and up. The clips are smaller and clip-on, so check that the child can handle mini dispensers; the tin is easier to keep together as a set.
Product facts at a glance
- The Mandalorian PEZ Clips: Each PEZ Clips Pack includes one mini Mandalorian PEZ Dispenser with clip and one mini The Child (Baby Yoda) with clip, plus two three-packs of Assorted PEZ Candy Refills. This makes the clips a two-character, take-along option rather than a larger display set.
The Mandalorian PEZ Clips - Star Wars: The Mandalorian Grogu Gift Tin: The Grogu Collectible Gift Tin features four Mandalorian dispensers (The Mandalorian, Grogu, Fennec Shand, and Boba Fett) and includes one six-pack of PEZ Candy Refills. This gives you a broader character lineup and a presentation tin in one purchase.
